1) Material: Forged 42CrMo4,45# and so on, or according client request.
2) Heat treatment: Hardening and tempering, high frequency quenching, carburizing quenching and so on
3) Surface and rim quench hardness: HB230-280
4) Processing shaft diameter: according to customers request
5) Precise measurement and surface finishes are available
