Inspection and maintenance system

 

Due to the many components of the bridge cranes , for the different technical characteristics of each component, we divide the maintenance and inspection cycle into weeks, months and years in actual work. The specific contents of each cycle are as follows:

 

1.1 bridge cranes 's Weekly inspection and maintenance

 

Weekly maintenance and inspection, inspection and maintenance are as follows:

 

1) Check whether the nut, the split pin and the positioning plate on the brake are complete and loose, the lever and the spring are free of cracks, and whether the pin bolt and the buffer washer on the brake wheel are loose and complete; whether the brake is reliable. When the brake is opened, the opening degree of the brake pad should be less than 1.0mm and the distance between the two sides of the brake wheel should be equal, and each shaft pin must not be stuck.

 

2) Check whether the safety protection switch and the limit switch are positioned accurately, work flexibly and reliably, especially if the rising limit is reliable.

 

3) Check whether the wire rope winding on the reel and the pulley is normal, whether there is grooving, stringing, knotting, twisting, etc., whether the wire rope plate bolt is tight, and whether there is a double nut anti-loose device.

 

4) Check if the fastening screws on the coupling seal cover of the hoisting mechanism are loose or short.

 

5) Check if the transmission of each mechanism is normal and there is no abnormal noise.

 

6) Check that the lubrication condition of all lubrication parts is good.

 

7) Check if there are any foreign objects on the track that hinder the operation of the bridge.

 

1.2 bridge cranes 's Monthly inspection and maintenance

 

Monthly maintenance and inspection, inspection and maintenance content in addition to weekly content:

 

1) Check that the wear of the brake pad gasket should not exceed 2mm, and the contact area between the gasket and the brake wheel should not be less than 70%; check the condition of each pin shaft installation and wear and lubrication, and the wear amount of each pin shaft It should not exceed 5% of the original diameter, and the wear of the small shaft and the mandrel should not be greater than 5% of the original diameter and the ellipticity should be less than 0.5 mm.

 

2) Check the wear of the wire rope, whether there is any broken wire, etc., check the lubrication condition of the wire rope.

 

3) Check if the hook has cracks, and whether the wear of the dangerous section exceeds 5% of the original thickness; whether the anti-loose device of the hook nut is complete, and whether the parts on the hook group are complete and reliable. The hook should be flexible and free of jamming.

 

4) Check all bolts for looseness and shortage.

 

5) Check the bolt fastening of the base such as the motor and reducer, and tighten them one by one.

 

6) Check the lubrication condition of the reducer. The oil level should be within the specified range. Measures should be taken to prevent leakage at the oil leakage site.

8) Check the wear of the wire rope at the balance pulley and lubricate the pulley and the pulley shaft.

 

9) Check the condition of the pulley to see if it is flexible, whether it is damaged or cracked, and pay special attention to the wear of the pulley shaft.

 

10) Check the brake wheel, the unevenness of the working surface should not exceed 1.5mm, the brake wheel should not have cracks, and its radial circular runout should be less than 0.3mm.

 

11) Check the coupling, the upper key and keyway should not be damaged or loose; the axial movement of the transmission shaft between the two couplings should be 2~7mm.

 

12) Check the running condition of the large and small cars, and should not produce the rails, the three pivot points, and the twisting during starting and stopping. Check the wear of the rim and tread of the wheel. The thickness of the rim should not exceed 50% of the original thickness. The wear of the wheel tread should not exceed 3% of the original diameter of the wheel.

 

13) Check the condition of the cart track to see if the bolts are loose or short, whether the pressure plate is fixed on the rail, whether the rail is cracked or broken; whether the gap between the two rail joints is 1~2mm (summer) or 3~5mm ( In winter, whether the joint is up and down or left and right is more than 1mm.

 

14) Thoroughly clean the crane to remove dirt from it.

 

1.3 Half year inspection and maintenance

 

Maintenance and inspection once every six months, in addition to the monthly inspection content:

 

1) Check the gear meshing and wear of all reducers, the pitting corrosion of the tooth surface should not exceed 30% of the meshing surface, and the depth should not exceed 10% of the thickness of the original tooth (fixed string tooth thickness); the tooth thickness wear of the gear The percentage of the thickness of the original tooth must not exceed 15% to 25%; check the condition of the bearing; replace the lubricant.

 

2) Check the condition of large and small wheels, lubricate the wheel bearings, and eliminate the rails.

 

3) Check whether the main welds of the main beam and the end beam have open welding and rusting. The corrosion should not exceed 10% of the original thickness. Whether the main stressed parts have fatigue cracks; whether the various guardrails and brackets are intact; The main beam and end beam bolts are tightened once.

 

4) Check the deformation of the main beam. Check the condition of the trolley track. Under no-load, the main beam under-interference should not exceed 1/2000 of its span; the inward horizontal horizontal bend of the main beam should not exceed 1/1500 of the measured length; the track of the trolley should not produce the track phenomenon, the top surface of the track and the side wear ( The amount of one side shall not exceed 3 mm.

 

5) Check the condition of the reel, the wall of the reel should not wear more than 20% of the original wall thickness, and the peak of the rope groove is not strained.

 

6) Tighten all the connecting bolts and fastening bolts on the crane.

 

1.4 Lubrication of bridge cranes

 

Lubrication is one of the important measures to ensure the normal operation of the machine, extend the life of the machine, improve efficiency and safe production. Maintenance personnel should fully understand the importance of equipment lubrication, often check the lubrication of each movement point, and regularly add lubricant (fat) to each lubrication point.

 

1.4.1 Main lubrication parts of bridge cranes

 

1 hoisting of the bridge machine; 2 various bearings; 3 gear couplings; 4 reducers; 5 steel ropes; 6 hinge points on the brakes.

 

1.4.2 Lubrication Precautions

 

1) Keep the lubricating oil (fat) clean;

 

2) Different grades of lubricating oil (fat) should not be mixed;

 

3) Select the appropriate lubricating oil (fat) for lubrication according to the specified time;

 

4) Add grease by pressure injection method (using oil gun or oil pump, screw cap type oil cup), so that the grease can be squeezed onto the friction surface to prevent the friction surface from entering when rubbed by hand;

 

5) Sodium-based grease should not be used in wet areas, because it is hydrophilic and easy to fail;

 

6) Each mechanism does not have a rotating part of the oil filling point. Regularly use a thin oil pot in each rotating gap to reduce friction and prevent rust.
